Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor who has been a part of the SSC's board from 2011 is the Co-Artistic Director Founding of the new theatre firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. As the Artistic Director for SSC she also was the costume and set designer for the production, as well as music director, composer and coach for text. While she was usually the leader of the ensemble of actors in her final year she made her first appearance as director (and the lighting design) with SSC's King Lear. Markie Post is in a variety of games programs in addition to her acting work. Her two sisters and daughter were born in the home of her science-minded father Richard F. Post, as well as poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School, where she played cheerleading. She was briefly a student at Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Post wedding, she was married Stephen Knox in the past.
