It was during the stage production of her high school that she first appeared on stage in the role of Jeanne d'Arc. The role was chosen as the lead in the very first Hip Hopera produced by the International Munich Art Lab at 16 years old. Traue was a part of the group over the course of four years on stage throughout Germany Europe and in New York City. In the following years, Traue played in numerous films as well as television shows including Kleinruppin Forever Berlin am Meer and Phantomschmerz.
