Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell, an American television chef and an former Institute of Culinary Education instructor She is also a television personality. She hosts The Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef and co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, with her signature spiky blonde locks and her edgy personality on Food Network's Secrets of a Restaurant Cook series, provides an easy and straightforward methods for cooks at home. Chef Burrell is also a part of the top New York eateries, learned about the Italian food and culture and has was a contestant on Food Network's Iron Chef America. As a child in the upstate of New York, Chef Burrell developed a passion for food and cooking from an early age. The Culinary Institute of America was where she studied after earning an English diploma and Communications certificate in Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America has been a great adventure. I was unable to learn enough, didn't accomplish enough, and I couldn't put in the effort enough. Following graduation, Chef Burrell went on to spend one time in Italy studying at an Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and working in La Taverna del Lupo in Umbria as well as La Bottega del 30 a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Tuscany. In her time in Italy she grew to truly comprehend and appreciate the philosophy of Italian culinary and cultural traditions that made a lasting impression in her point of view. Burrell is a celebrity ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation. She is a member of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board, which helps kids with disabilities. She frequently travels around the United States in her position as a mentor as well as a public speaker in which she speaks about her career and love of cooking. Anne says she was incredibly fortunate to be able to be able to share her passion for cooking with others.
